Simplifying Crew transportation in Europe
Before, Ryanair’s operations team made the previous transport arrangements with multiple suppliers. From time to time, crew members had to handle many of their own bookings. Both groups used different methods and providers, leading to complex administrative processes. This complicated booking process grew costly.
As a result of the increasing costs, Ryanair appointed GET-E to consolidate its crew transfers. Together with GET-E, their internal processes were streamlined, and the operational performance increased.
Simplified booking
Flight numbers, preferred time zones and custom booking fields are added to the system. to streamline the booking process.
On-site training
To support the operational roll-out, GET-E provided on-site training to Ryanair’s OCC’s regarding the management and administration of bookings.
Improved overview
With the GET-E transportation dashboards, RyanAir now has complete oversight and control of crew transfers.
