Interview process

1. Apply

Found your dream position? Start by applying through our website or LinkedIn.
Read the requirements carefully, we don’t want to waste your time!

2. Receive a response

Within 2 weeks, you’ll hear from us, whether your profile was selected or not. If we choose your profile, we will ask you to schedule an introduction call with our recruiter.

3. Assignment

We would like to see your skills in action! This includes an assignment depending on your potential role.

4. First interview

If all goes well, you’ll meet the hiring manager, either via Teams or in person, depending on availability and the department.

5. Final interview

Depending on your role, your final meeting might be a simple talk or a case study. You will always receive clear guidance in advance.

6. Offer time!

👩‍💻 Sanne van Es - Head of People (a.i.)

Sanne leads the people strategy at Get-e, ensuring the organization can grow in a sustainable way, with people at the center of every decision. She works closely with the leadership team and managers to build strong teams, drive performance, and create an environment where both individuals and the business can thrive.

She oversees the full spectrum of People & Culture and, with a focus on clarity, structure, and impact, lays the foundation for continued growth. Beyond strategy and operations, Sanne is dedicated to building a culture of trust, ownership, and respect—where people feel empowered and supported to do their best work.

👩‍💻 Sophie de Jong – HR Business Partner

Sophie supports both people and processes across the organization, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. She is involved in a wide range of HR topics and contributes to building a strong and structured foundation as the company grows.

She works closely with teams and managers, while also playing a part in strengthening a culture where people feel supported, included, and able to do their best work.

👩‍💼 Ines Costa – Recruiter

Inês ensures candidates have a great experience throughout the hiring process at Get-e. She focuses on strengthening talent pipelines and proactively reaching out to top talent to join the team. She also supports hiring managers in making thoughtful and effective hiring decisions.

Beyond recruitment, she organizes company events such as borrels, summer parties, and holiday dinners, and works on fostering a strong company culture built on transparency, dedication, and kindness, where everyone feels welcome and respected.
