Frequently asked questions about our airport transfers invoicing

In which currency do you charge clients?

We can invoice clients in all major currencies.

Are there any booking/admin fees?

No, we do not charge any fee.

Can we receive all invoices by email?

Yes. All invoices can be sent by email.

What are the payment terms?

For invoice payments, our payment terms are 7 days by bank transfer or credit card. Collective/Consolidated invoices can be provided. If you pay by credit card in our online booking tool, you pay instantly at the moment of booking. If you book through our OPS department, then a link will be provided for immediate cc payment.

Can we reclaim VAT? Are you able to provide a VAT invoice?

Yes. We can assist with VAT invoicing. If you provide the information needed on the invoice for VAT reclaiming, we will provide this on the invoice.

Are you able to provide an ‘auto invoicing’ facility i.e. customise or integrate with our mid-office/back office?

Yes. You can download files from our booking tool in your preferred format, which can be used to upload in your own mid-office system. Alternatively we can create an automatic solution through an API. For the API solution, a minimum volume is required.

Can you provide CO2 reporting?

Yes. Your Get-e account manager can send you monthly/quarterly/yearly CO2 reports.

Do you provide weekly/monthly booking reports?

All bookings can be exported from the Get-e portal. This gives you the option to quickly analyse your booking data. Your Get-e account manager can provide you with templates to analyse your bookings.
