Flair Airlines partners with Get-e; A tailwind for crew layovers!

Flair Airlines, the Canadian low-cost carrier, recently partnered with Get-e for streamlined crew transportation in destinations across Canada, Mexico, Guatemala and the United States.

Canada’s greenest airline, Flair offers affordable flights with its growing fleet of Boeing 737 planes, connecting numerous cities throughout Canada, Mexico and the United States.

Get-e’s partnership with Flair Airlines started in December 2023 in YYZ airport, where we provided Airline Hotel transports for the crew. Supporting the crew with a 24/7 operations centre available to accept their requests simplified the process for Flair’s team.

“Using Get-e, we’ve optimized crew transportation bookings, updates, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth process for getting our crews to the hotel efficiently,” said Capt. Starting with training shuttles and now essentially supporting them with their entire crew logistics operation.

With Get-e’s flexible invoicing system, Flair receives invoices that match the agreed layout based on their requirements. The Get-e portal provides a dashboard containing all the data they need in a single overview. “It has also enabled us to generate comprehensive financial reports and gather feedback on shuttle services from our crews. These measures minimize delays by ensuring our crews arrive at their hotels without prolonged pick-up wait times,” said Taylor.
