Yes. Airline crew transportation management is at the heart of our supply network, with the majority of our suppliers utilising the Get-e driver application. This platform provides in-ride updates and journey status notifications to ensure seamless communication and reliable service for your crew.

The Get-e operations team speaks 21 languages and provides round-the-clock support in English and Spanish, as well as other languages such as Dutch, German, Italian, French, Finnish, Arabic, and Indonesian.
Get-e’s full range of vehicle types, with prices dependent on the required service, provides a comprehensive solution for airline crew transportation management. Our costs are fully transparent, with no hidden extras, including “Meet & Greet,” VAT, fixed waiting time, tolls, and parking fees. The journey price is calculated on a per-kilometer basis, and we do not charge booking fees for using our platform.

At key destinations, we audit suppliers by visiting their offices. Depending on the size of the destination, we decide on the frequency of visits. As a minimum, all suppliers are audited either directly or virtually at least once every 12 months. Furthermore, we retain all applicable licenses and liability insurance documents.
Yes. We yearly audit our suppliers and require proof from supply partners that their companies and drivers are licensed and insured according to local regulations.
Yes. We can onboard your preferred suppliers. You can book them through our online booking platform.
Where there is a specific seating requirement, we liaise with suppliers directly. To ensure that only compliant supply partners are allocated to the service.
When there is a specific luggage requirement, we liaise with suppliers. To ensure that only compliant supply partners are allocated to the service. All our vehicles have a separate compartment for luggage. The capacity is dependent on the size of the vehicle.
Capacity of the luggage compartment per vehicle:
- Standard Saloon = 3 large bags
- Business/Premium Saloon = 3 large bags
- Minivan/Sprinter Van = 6 large bags
- Executive/Limousine = 3 large bags
Our operations team monitors all rides. If they see a potential delay 30 minutes in advance of the pick-up time they will contact the driver or supplier. If no contact can be made, an alternative supplier and driver will be allocated. If the driver is absent at the pick-up, the passenger can contact our operations team or the driver for a new arrival time. The passenger can always see the actual location of the driver by logging in to the portal.
For your airline crew transportation management needs, Get-e operates on a pre-booked transfer model, but also offers the flexibility of last-minute bookings that can be requested up to two hours before pick-up.
The time limit for canceling or rescheduling rides is three hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Before that, cancellations and rescheduling are both free of charge. After this time, the full fare for the booking will be charged.
However, some bookings have a cancellation/change deadline of 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. These are:
● long-distance rides, defined as 70 km or more
● hourly bookings where the price is based on time in the car not kilometers
● bookings for business and executive vehicles.
With our airline crew transportation management, the passenger and/or booker will be notified by email of their ride confirmation. Additionally, an SMS will be sent to the passenger with all information about their ride 30 mins before pick-up. There is also an option to log on to the Get-e portal to view all associated bookings and track their vehicle.
