What are Get-e’s goals for 2023?
Get-e’s services will continue to reach new markets and territories as we build our client base worldwide. We have also been working to grow our hotel offering, with our hotel portal set to go live in 2023.
The onboarding of these new clients and expansion into ever-evolving markets requires a dynamic and innovative team. We recently announced plans to grow in 2023 to achieve over 100 total employees globally.
As we expand the team at the Get-e headquarters in Amsterdam, we’ve recently recruited our sales departments in the UK, Finland and Ireland, as well as our IT departments in Serbia. Over the coming year, we expect to multiply our workforce across all departments.
How is Get-e as a workplace?
Get-e has invested serious energy into providing an open and inspiring office environment. Our company culture is built upon rich diversity through our multi-lingual international team, who communicate in more than 22 languages!
Also ingrained in our company culture is our desire to support our employees’ success as individuals through personal development and guidance. We recently announced our partnership with the workplace mental health service ‘OpenUp’. OpenUp provides free and unlimited support with direct access to mental health checks, 1:1 consultations, group sessions and masterclasses. This encourages our employees to tackle everyday challenges, such as sleep, work-life balance and boosting self-confidence. Psychologist sessions are available in over 17 languages, catering to our multi-lingual team.
But it does not stop there! Does monthly mindfulness moments with yoga and meditation sound like a perk for you? Or are you interested in the free use of Swap Bike to have a smooth, fast journey to our Amsterdam office?
If healthy living is what you are after, Get-e even offers 50% payment towards ‘Muscle Meal’ or ‘Every Foods (vegan)’. This includes free fresh fruits and fair-trade coffee at the office.
We strive to create a collaborative, supportive and inclusive office environment, with regular socials and holiday parties outside work. Aside from table tennis competitions and beer breaks during our “Borrel” on Friday afternoons, our team is hard-working and results-driven.
