A sourcing strategy built for crews
Crew accomodation

Crew hotel sourcing that cuts costs, not quality

At Get-e, we’ve redefined how airlines source crew hotels. Most systems still rely on agent-driven, commission-based models, where high room rates mean higher kickbacks. That’s not airline-first.

We built a global hotel sourcing engine focused on operational performance, union compliance, and cost efficiency. It’s how we already support over 70 airlines worldwide.

Our strategic approach to hotel sourcing

Group 641 (1)

Baseline setup

We begin by mapping your destinations, union agreements, hotel requirements, and rest rules. Every detail from layover duration to blacklisted hotels is captured. No assumptions.

Group 642 (1)

Global hotel scan & benchmarking

Our hotel sourcing team benchmarks all viable options using our existing partnerships with hotel chains, performance history, and local ground knowledge.

Number 3 (1)

Audit & contract

Hotels are vetted for licenses, service levels, and safety. We run RFPs, audits, and negotiate terms aligned with airline needs.

Number 4 (1)

Seamless system integration

Our platform integrates with your scheduling systems to automate bookings. All schedule changes are reflected in our system. Seamless integration makes sure that we and the hotels are informed of all changes nearly instantly.

Number 5 (1)

Crew feedback & safety

Every stay generates feedback linked to the hotel, room, and booking. Poor performers are flagged and reviewed. You’ll receive clear reports showing satisfaction trends and operational exceptions.

Number 6 (1)

Clear invoicing & reporting

We handle invoice collection and reconciliation on your behalf. Everything is stored in our platform, where you can export invoices and keep full visibility of your expenses.
