VIP transfer solutions in Chile and Peru

VISA provides additional Concierge travel services, dining arrangements, lounge access, and complimentary airport transfers for their ‘Infinite’ and ‘Signature’ cardholders in the South America region via the DragonPass digital platform. GET-E has been appointed as the provider of airport transfers for complimentary airport transfers for these cardholders in Chile and Peru.

Safe and Secure Transportion

GET-E selected high-quality suppliers in the South America region to deliver the required level of service. The Network Team visiting the destinations in South America, assessing, auditing and suppliers to meet VISA’s requirements. The GET-E network team, containing Spanish-speaking members, trained the suppliers regarding service level expectations and in the use of the GET-E driver app.

GET-E’s flexible and advanced technology was a key element in the successful execution of this project. VISA was very satisfied with the organisation via the DragonPass app in South-America. It allowed the client to have a range of technical options to connect to the  GET-E platform of which the client could choose the most convenient.

Always Available in Spanish

GET-E is now the first contact point for cardholder operational support, with a key provision being Spanish-speaking customer service. Thus if there is a situation with a ride, the cardholder has access to Spanish Speaking customer support 24/7/365 from the GET-E operations centre in Amsterdam.

Simplified billing process

GET-E has fully automated the booking and administrative process, resulting in a significant reduction in administrative workload. The intensive, manual, processes associated with record-keeping of the entitlement per cardholder, has been replaced with the automatic GET-E solution.

Data Visibility

VISA is now able to download actionable data in the form of management reports in various formats,  with ride data per cardholder, providing full visibility and control of related expenditure. Co2 ride data is also available to conform with Corporate Social Responsibility reporting requirements.
